为了防止一知半解的人还自我感觉良好,觉得自己说的都对,反驳别人也就算了,还趾高气扬的嚣张气焰的鄙视嘲讽别人.造成对不明真相的围观群众的误道,到底是谁误道了谁?  我们共同学习, 不能说自己说的完全正确,就是拿出来大家探讨,把什么自己亲眼看见,听法国人说过,这种主观行为作为自己的例剧说别人的观点是误道就有点过于自信了.你看的也许不全面,他说的也不一定完全准确.说白了,就是显示自己的所谓的博学多才贝,我们谦虚谨慎严谨的优良传统不能丢.

咱们拿点文字和有出处的证据来说事.

首先blue cheese 

Sheep milk (or ewe's milk) is the milk of domestic sheep. Though not widely drunk in any modern culture, sheep's milk is commonly used to make cultured dairy products. Cheeses made from sheep milk include the feta of Greece, Roquefort of France, Manchego from Spain, the Pecorino Romano (the Italian word for sheep is pecora), the Pecorino Sardo and Ricotta of Italy, and the Ġbejna from Malta. Yogurts, especially some forms of strained yogurt, may also be made from sheep milk. Though sheep produce a far smaller volume of milk than cows, it is richer in fat, solids, and minerals. This makes it ideal for the cheese-making process.

A minority of sheep breeds are kept primarily for dairy purposes, but these few have been selectively bred for milk production, and thus produce a higher volume than most other sheep. The most common and prolific dairy sheep breeds include the Lacaune, the East Friesian, the Sardinian and Awassi.

Blue cheese is a general classification of cow's milk, sheep's milk, or goat's milk cheeses that have had cultures of the mold Penicillium added so that the final product is spotted or veined throughout with blue, blue-gray or blue-green mold, and carries a distinct smell, either from that or various specially cultivated bacteria. Some blue cheeses are injected with spores before the curds form and others have spores mixed in with the curds after they form. Blue cheeses are typically aged in a temperature-controlled environment such as a cave. Blue cheese can be eaten by itself or can be crumbled or melted into or over foods.

In the European Union, many blue cheeses such as Roquefort, Gorgonzola and Blue Stilton carry a protected designation of origin, meaning they can bear the name only if they have been made in a particular region in a certain country. Similarly, individual countries have protections of their own such as France's Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée and Italy's Denominazione di Origine Protetta. Blue cheeses with no protected origin name are designated simply "blue cheese".

The characteristic flavor of blue cheeses tends to be sharp and salty. The smell of this food is due both to the mold and to types of bacteria encouraged to grow on the cheese: for example, the bacterium Brevibacterium linens is responsible for the smell of many blue cheeses,[1] as well as foot odor and other human body odors.[2]

综上所述,Roquefort既属于蓝的,也是羊的,没有什么谁误道了谁?谁丢人显眼了.
